- Team collaboration and management tools
- API access for custom integrations
- Customer support and documentation
3. Account Registration
3.1 Eligibility
To use PrivatClaw, you must:
- Be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU)
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- Not be prohibited from using our Service under applicable law

You are responsible for:

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.2 Payment Terms
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
- Payment is due immediately upon subscription
- We accept major credit cards and other payment methods
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or our Money-Back Guarantee
4.3 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your paid subscription, request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. This applies to first-time subscriptions only.
4.4 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You'll receive notice before renewal with the option to cancel.
4.5 Price Changes

5.3 AI Model Usage
When using AI models through PrivatClaw:
- You must comply with each AI provider's usage policies
- You are responsible for content generated by your AI assistant
- You must not use AI to create harmful, illegal, or misleading content
- You acknowledge AI limitations and potential for errors
6. Intellectual Property

PrivatClaw and all related trademarks, logos, and service marks are owned by us. You may not use them without written permission.
6.2 Your Content
You retain all rights to content you create or process through PrivatClaw. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to:
- Host and process your content to provide the Service
- Make backups for disaster recovery
- Use anonymous, aggregated data for service improvements
Important: We do NOT claim ownership of your data or AI conversations.
6.3 Feedback
If you provide feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation or compensation to you.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is critical to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. Key points:
- Your AI conversations remain on your isolated server
- We use end-to-end encryption for sensitive data

- We never sell your data to third parties
8. Service Level and Uptime
8.1 Uptime Commitment
- Free Tier: Best-effort basis, no SLA
- Professional: 99.5% uptime SLA
- Enterprise: 99.9% uptime SLA with guaranteed response times
8.2 Maintenance
We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. Emergency maintenance may occur without notice.
8.3 Service Credits
If we fail to meet our SLA, you may be eligible for service credits. Contact support for details.
9. Termination
9.1 By You
You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period.
9.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Fail to pay fees
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Pose a security risk to our Service or other users
We will provide notice before termination except in cases of severe violations.
9.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service ends immediately
- You can export your data within 30 days
- We will delete your data after the retention period
- You remain liable for any outstanding fees

- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
- We are not responsible for third-party services, AI models, or connected channels
- We are not liable for data loss if you fail to maintain backups
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
- Content generated by your AI assistant
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. We will notify you of material changes via:

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, you may cancel your account.
14. Dispute Resolution
14.1 Informal Resolution

14.2 Arbitration
Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
14.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action, except where prohibited by law.
